We can offer a wide variety of CNC training using Heidenhain CNC controls. We are familiar with all Heidenhain controls including the 530 and the 426. We can offer both CNC programming courses and CNC operator courses. Our owner Phil Caswell worked for Cincinnati machine tools for 6 years as a senior application engineer. During this time he worked on many projects and has a vast knowledge of the Heidenhain CNC control system. He also worked closely with Heidenhain engineers in the development of the 530 controls launch onto Cincinnati VMC’s during this time. This we believe gives us a better insight into how to get the best out of your CNC machines, in particular the high speed settings using Cycle 32. We also have an in depth knowledge of the dreaded Cycle 19 or plane rotation as it is more commonly known. One of our strongest points knows how to combine these Cycles with Tool tip point control and 5 axis machining. We are familiar with both CNC milling and CNC turning with a wealth of practical knowledge into both aspects of machining. We are also familiar with all the latest cutting technologies when you put all of these together you a CNC machine that is performing for you exactly as you need it. We also fully understand the Q parameter type of programming with can reduce program length. Another service we can provide is to assist you with programming your parts. We can either use your part to program during training or you can supply us the drawings and we can prepare the program beforehand.
